got my powerhouse done but when i went to start it i noticed the intake valve does not seem to move, so i put in a lighter spring but still no movement on intake valve, is this normal?also is the carb. needle valve opened up 1and ahalf turns to start with. also do you try and use starting fluid. thanks for any help. jim
