Hi guys! I want to build a Miser for my first one. I see the videos on You Tube and it looks like there are a couple different ways to do it. (I am gonna order the plans) I saw one that the main flywheel was connected to a little piston in a glass syrenge and not connected to the bigger flat piston. Then I saw one that the flywheel was connected directly to the bigger flat piston. At least I think it was any way. The Miser looks to be the simplest one for my first build. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Vance,  I just purchased the Miser plans also (my first build too).     I'm thinking I'll just stick to the plans(for the most part) and get one that runs before I make any other type.      Have you started yours yet ?    I'd like to make the cylinder and as many other parts out of clear plastic so the motion of the parts is easier to see, so let me know where to get the material if you run across any.    Good luck !!
