Terry - very cool!  That is one heck of a starter (and generator?) and exhaust pipe!

You mention that your CNC made most of this.  Did you just draw the parts in Solidworks to do this?

Yes,
    I entered most of it into SolidWorks for the CAD and then used a Russian CAM program Sprutcam to create the toolpaths.

Terry,

A couple of customers have asked how to rig the ignition system on the V-Twin.  Does it use two TIM-6 modules and two coils, or will one of each work?  Either way, two hall sensors would be required (assuming each cylinder fires at a different position of the flywheel).

Can you elaborate?

UPDATE:  Duhhh.  Seems Dad had this all outlined on page 40 of the plans.  No distributor, so you need two TIM-6 modules and two coils.
